“Visit your grandparents every chance you get.” My brother and I have been talking about taking a trip to Myrtle Beach to visit our grandparents for a while, and we’re finally making it happen!!!!! So grateful we can take the time off to go ✈️ I grew up in a military family, so my extended family is all over the country. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen my grandparents, so this time will be extra special 🤍 I fear I will never stop talking about how much I love this Houston coffee shop ☕️ Third Place in the Heights Houston has my heart! The coffee is phenomenal (YOU MUST GET THE NUTTY BREW 🥜), and the FOOD 🔥👅👅😍🤗 It’s incredible! Third Place is located inside Jun restaurant, and it features a chef-driven menu full of unique flavors that I’ve never seen! They are also constantly rotating their pastries - this day we tried their guava empanada and lemon donut 🍋 Both blew us away!!!! They also open the kitchen to different Houston chefs and Houston organizations! This day an organization called PX Project (@pxprojecthouston) was cooking lunch. Their mission is to turn the kitchen into an immersive classroom for young adults to explore their identities, learn transferable skills, and open doors to their future 🥹 So of course we had to try a sandwich, which was also incredible. Long story long, I love the intentionality behind this Houston restaurant / cafe 🥰 Add it to your Houston bucket list Things to do with your friends: mahjong league 🀄️ My friends and I started a mahjong league, and we have a different theme each month! This month’s theme was golf ⛳️🏌🏻‍♀️ Including Arnold Palmer 🍹 and pimento cheese 🧀. AND I mahjong’d!!!! What other game night themes should we do?! Spare bedroom bedding refresh ✨ If you’re looking to add some color to your bedroom, save this for inspo 🫒 This Amazon bedding is GORGEOUS - the floral duvet cover, accents pillows + pillow covers, and throw blankets are all from Amazon! I LOVE olive green accents, so this perfectly fits my vibe it 💫 It’s also such perfect spring bedding 🌼
